How do I return an item?

** Return and Refunds
* All return should be accompanied by an order number. Please email the order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

* We will issue a store credit only for returned handbags. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy for handbags that are not defective/damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost of any returned item and also for shipping charge for replacement handbag.

* All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the complete original packaging materials as they have to be discarded.

* We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The Fedex shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with Fedex.
