We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason. You may return or exchange your item with original invoice and tags attached within 30 days from the original shipping date if you are not satisfied with it.

1. Email us at info@vietafashion.com BEFORE returning any items for a RA (Return Authorization) number.
Please also indicate which items you want to return or exchange.

2. Once we receive your email, RA # along with further instructions will be emailed to you.
- - We accept returns that were originally purchased at www.vietafashion.com
- - In order to receive any refund or exchange, merchandise must be new, unused Full Price merchandise.
- - If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order,
you will be still responsible for both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and
the costs to send the product back to us. - - All "on sale merchandise" are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- - For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail.
This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and
a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.
